Kudla Caramel Corn
Prep: place aluminum foil to cover at least 8 square feet of table or counter, spray with light coat of non-stick cooking spray. Grease two cookie sheets with vegetable shortening. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Start by popping popcorn, place in a mound on the middle of aluminum foil on the table. Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and cream of tartar in a large pot. Cook over a low to medium heat, stirring frequently. When completely mixed and beginning to boil, add in the baking soda. At this point the mixture will begin to foam. Stir well and then pour the caramel over the popcorn mound. At this point the caramel is the temperature of lava, so it is recommended to use silicone gloves to mix by hand the popcorn and caramel until evenly covered. Divide up the caramel corn on the greased cookie sheets. Place in the oven for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Mix up the caramel corn about every 15 minutes to evenly bake it. Allow to cool and place in airtight containers.

Kudla Burgers
Truthfully there is no single recipe for a Kudla burger. I will sort of share the one I use....well at lease most of it.
To begin with, it really should only called a Kudla burger if you are using 100% Kudla Beef. Being that there could be a high demand for such a product, acquiring said beef may be tough, so other ground beef may be an option. Add to it things that make little girls cry.....things like garlic, onions, etc......a dash of "whats-that-here" sauce for some flavor. If you are not cooking over the grill or a campfire, the spirit of the Kudla burgers will lead me to you and I will have to punish you and forbid you to ever attempt to do so again. Where as some recipes require love as an ingredient, Kudla burgers are made with pure evil and hate.
Kudla burgers can be considered vegetarian burgers, as they are made with 100% vegetarian beef cattle.
